You’ll work on greenfield projects and evolve existing applications to help our users get more value out of CloudTalk. We’re looking for someone meticulous, proactive, and self-driven. Someone who identifies problems before they escalate, scopes solutions, and delivers clean, performant code. You’ll need to collaborate actively and be vocal when needed. This is a remote role, but we don’t work asynchronously, we operate as if we’re all in the same room. The goal is to bring in a future tech lead, so a growth mindset is essential. What you will work on: Your work will challenge you to solve real problems every day — from customer-facing issues to building entirely new features. You’ll scope, design, and deliver systems end-to-end, always keeping performance, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
