Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Relocation to Greece is required for this role.
