Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address inquiries effectively. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with FinTech products and customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary. Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
