Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially in an online setting. Solid understanding of online platforms and their functionalities. Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with CRM software and support tools is beneficial. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
