Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related role is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with IT systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building. Experience with CRM systems and support tools is a plus. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
