A genuine passion for gaming, particularly related to Riot Games' titles and their player communities. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for support. Familiarity with customer support platforms and ticketing systems is a plus. A friendly and empathetic approach, demonstrating a commitment to achieving high levels of player satisfaction.
