You will: Handle calls, emails and messages from Norwegian-speaking Dyson customers Guide users on how to get the best out of their Dyson products Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements Recommend products based on customer needs Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported Fluency in Norwegian + good English skills A calm, solution-oriented mindset Curiosity about tech (you don’t need to be an engineer!) Strong communication and multitasking abilities A positive attitude and readiness for life in a new country
