Analyze CRM data to uncover player insights and optimize communication strategies. Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and in-app notifications. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive player experiences. Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, making recommendations for ongoing improvements. Stay informed of iGaming trends and best practices to continuously refine CRM strategies. Fluent in Danish with strong command of English . Other languages are a plus. Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM management, preferably in the iGaming industry. Strong analytical skills and capability to leverage data for informed decision-making. Experience with CRM tools and platforms for campaign management.
