Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial. Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset. Willingness to relocate to Malta and indulge in a new cultural experience. A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant plus.
