As part of our digital transformation roadmap and the continuous improvement of our Digital Workplace, we are strengthening our Microsoft 365 governance and operational model. To support this ambition, we are recruiting a Microsoft 365 Specialist who will play a key role in stabilizing, structuring, and scaling our collaboration ecosystem across the organization.  The role aims to deliver a secure, high-performing, and business-aligned Digital Workplace, serving as a centralized platform for internal communication, document management, and collaboration. This Digital Workplace is designed to be deployed globally across all Q ENERGY subsidiaries in Europe.  The Microsoft 365 Specialist will also play a key role in driving user adoption, improving employee experience, and supporting the company’s rapid growth by enabling efficient and consistent collaboration practices.  This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a company dedicated to renewable energy and to work within a dynamic, collaborative, and international team environment.    Hierarchy:  Reporting will be done to the IT Application & Data Manager  Transverse: Close relation with Digital Transformation Department, QMS and with business department to understand business challenges.  Key responsibilities    RUN – Operations & Support  Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of the Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace platform.  Administer and operate SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.  Handle incidents, service requests, and operational changes at N2 / N3 support level, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.  Monitor service usage, performance and proactively address operational risks.  Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and runbooks.    BUILD – Projects & Continuous Improvement  Design, configure, and evolve the Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace architecture in line with business needs.  Define and implement governance and compliance frameworks and ensure alignment with security guidelines defined by IT/IS teams across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.  Automate and standardize collaboration spaces (Teams, SharePoint sites) using Logic app or Power Automate, PowerShell, and templates.  Lead or contribute to platform evolution, new features, and integrations.  Collaborate with IT/IS and Business teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.  Support user adoption and change management through best practices, guidelines, and continuous improvement initiatives.  Required Qualifications:   Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field  Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Specialist, Digital Workplace Engineer, or in a similar role.  Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.  Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or Logic Apps  Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (PnP.PowerShell is a strong plus).  Good understanding of security, governance, and compliance concepts (MFA, Conditional Access, data lifecycle).  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good communication and collaboration abilities.  Professional working proficiency in English.  Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Sharepoint tenant configuration, licensing, and service monitoring.  Experience in multi-country or multi-entity environments.  Knowledge of automation and provisioning for Teams and SharePoint environments.  Basic to intermediate knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for extending and customizing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions (web parts, extensions, integration with Microsoft Graph).  Understanding of Digital Workplace adoption and change management practices.  Familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, or CI/CD concepts applied to Microsoft 365.  This role can be attached to the following offices : Avignon, Montpellier, Toulouse, Lyon, Paris
