Someone who can lead our online B2B Sales Agent team in Serbia and manage remote teams across the US and EU, transforming them into a precision engine for global growth. Key Responsibilities International B2B Development Identify, develop, and successfully onboard new B2B partners across the US and EU through highly targeted and structured outbound calling strategies. Lead and Manage B2B Sales Teams Build, mentor, and oversee online and field B2B sales agents. Set performance targets, monitor activities, review reports, coach underperforming team members, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. Sales Process Architecture Build and continuously refine the full sales cycle: scripts, CRM workflows, outreach cadences, and conversion sequences. Strategic CEO Partnership Work in close alignment with our CEO to shape growth strategy, surface market insights, and co-develop new initiatives. Pipeline & Revenue Reporting Own the sales dashboard — forecasting, KPI tracking, and data-driven iteration to optimise what works. Strategic Distributor Relationships Build, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key distributors to support market expansion and revenue growth. In order to be successful for this role, you must have: Sales Experience: 5+ years of outbound B2B phone sales with exposure to international markets (US, UK, or EU) Full sales cycle ownership: cold outreach → qualification → pitch → closing → account management Remote phone sales expertise — knows how to sell without ever meeting the client in person Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas Strong command of English for cross-border communication Hands-on CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to performance Ability to build and optimise sales processes from scratch Team Management: 2+ years of direct team management (minimum 5 people reporting directly) Experience hiring, training, and firing sales agents Experience setting KPIs , quotas, and performance standards Experience running daily/weekly team meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions Hands-on leader — able to pick up the phone and sell, not just delegate You will have a strong advantage in case you have: Experience in leading and managing field sales agents, including setting KPIs and providing training and coaching Background in premium goods, luxury, or lifestyle product categories Experience selling into wholesale, distribution, or agent networks Familiarity with the cigar, tobacco, or related premium goods sector Experience with LinkedIn-based B2B prospecting and outbound automation Prior experience working directly with a founder or CEO History of hiring, onboarding, and developing junior sales talent
