Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and facility management. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
