This is a hands-on leadership role requiring professionalism, strong communication, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Lead valet operations during assigned shifts and support overall team performance Coordinate break rotations and manage staff coverage based on demand Ensure smooth vehicle flow for guest arrivals and departures Safely operate and park guest vehicles following all site procedures Conduct vehicle inspections (condition, fuel levels, odometer readings) Maintain strict key control and secure handling procedures Communicate real-time updates on vehicle status, delays, and operational issues Support both podium and driver operations during high-volume periods Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury environment Assist guests with valet procedures, inquiries, and requests Monitor site safety, traffic flow, and pedestrian awareness Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Assist with opening/closing procedures and maintain site cleanliness Maintain accurate records using handheld technology Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Clean driver’s abstract (no more than 1 minor infraction in the last 3 years) Minimum 3 years of experience in valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service Minimum 1 year of leadership or shift coordination experience Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Comfortable using technology and handheld devices Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment High attention to detail and strong customer service mindset Ability to stand and walk outdoors for full 8–10 hour shifts Ability to walk 10–15 km per shift Nice to Have: Experience resolving customer complaints Grade 12 or equivalent education Mandarin language skills Professional driving experience
