Experience: Proven background as an Auto Body Technician (I-CAR Certification preferred) · Skills: Strong competency in frame and structural repairs, panel replacements, body filler application, and refinishing prep · Knowledge: Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and modern collision repair techniques—skills that align with our dedication to craftsmanship using the latest tools and technology · Traits: Highly detail-oriented, dependable, safety-conscious, and cooperative as part of a close-knit, transparent team
