Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: Mechanical Engineering degree (or similar with strong design experience). Comprehensive understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5). 2+ years actively practicing design work is preferred. 3D modeling expertise required. Must be able to produce properly dimensioned drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: CNC machining, turning, laser cutting, additive manufacturing, welding, powder coating. Portfolio of prior design work is beneficial. The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
