Taste – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS): This role supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements, promoting a preventive safety culture, and contributing to operational continuity through risk identification, control, and mitigation. This position is based in Álamos, Bogotá – Colombia, working Monday to Friday, on‑site, with schedule flexibility according to operational needs. Where You’ll Make a Difference Conduct periodic safety inspections across operational areas to identify deviations from corporate standards (lockout/tagout, work at heights, confined spaces, chemical exposure, housekeeping, etc.). Record findings, manage corrective actions , and verify timely closure. Validate the condition of safety signage, emergency equipment, and evacuation routes. Support the design, maintenance, and follow-up of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) , keeping the legal matrix updated according to applicable Colombian regulations. Support internal and external audits and regulatory visits, ensuring closure of legal and corporate requirements. Prepare periodic EHS performance reports , including incident rates, inspections, training, and corrective actions. Participate actively in site EHS routines and committees , including COPASST and Green Team meetings. Perform hazard identification and risk assessments covering physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial risks. Support i ncident investigations , including root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions. Support emergency preparedness and response plans , including drills, equipment readiness, and brigade coordination. Supervise industrial waste management, ensuring proper segregation, storage, and final disposal. Support EHS training, inductions, and re-inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors. Ensure safe conditions for contractors and visitors during on-site activities What Makes You the Right Fit Technician or Technologist degree in Occupational Health & Safety. Valid Occupational Health & Safety license (mandatory requirement). 0–2 years of experience in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental roles, preferably in industrial environments. Solid knowledge of Colombian EHS and environmental legislation. Basic knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (Job Safety Analysis, risk matrices, safe work procedures). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools , especially Excel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Availability for schedule flexibility based on operational needs.
