(100%)   ​ Accountable for accurately and legibly (penmanship) completing device history forms used for compliance. (100%)   ​ Adhering to established assembly processes and company policies for compliance, personal   safety   and employee relations. (100%)   ​ Maintains proper standards for work area and tools including 5S. (100%)   ​ Must be   cognizant   (observation) of device defects, which may occur from the supplier, or damaged during the process. (100%)   ​ May carry out special projects as assigned by management.
