Here, you will work alongside a passionate and dedicated team, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.  The Pre Analytics Manager will   be r esponsible for   all employment related activities   to include recruitment and performance evaluations.   This role will   m onitor   budgets, fiscal   performance,   and quality assurance for   pre-analytic   areas of the laboratory.      A caregiver in this position works   8:00am— 5 : 0 0pm.     A caregiver who excels in this role will:     Manage department personnel and operations which include staffing, training, workflow   analysis,   and performance management.   Monitor quality and financial   performance;   justify   expense and revenue within departments.   Prepare annual operating and capital budgets.   Ensure compliance with government health regulations, CAP guidelines, quality   management   program   requirements,   and customer service standards.   Develop and   maintain   performance improvement;   recommend   enhancement and cost saving strategies.   Ensure operational problems are   resolved,   and remedial actions are taken whenever necessary.   Resolve interdepartmental issues to ensure consistency in quality,   procedure,   and policy application.   Maintain instruments and equipment   in accordance with   manufacturer’s specifications.   Develop,   monitor   and   implement   programs to enhance customer service, develop   skills   and improve scope of service.   Other duties as assigned     Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:     Bachelor’s Degree   3 years of clinical laboratory management or supervisory experience   5 years of laboratory experience   OR   Associate’s Degree , 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience, and 5 years of relative experience     Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:     MLT or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) ASCP eligible   Phlebotomy management or supervisory experience     Physical Requirements: Ability to move and travel throughout the hospital system and, in some locations, off-site.
