Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Registered Nurse (RN) – Movement Disorder Clinic | Neurology Location: Main Campus – La Crosse, WI | East Building, 3rd Floor FTE: 0.9 (72 hours per two weeks) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 8-hour shifts with a rotating day off About the Role Join our dynamic Neurology Clinic team, where every day brings variety and meaningful impact. As an RN in this role, you’ll support our Movement Disorders Clinic and providers - it will be a focused position specializing in Parkinson's, Huntington's Disease, essential tremors, movement disorders and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS).   You’ll collaborate closely with providers in a team-oriented environment that values expertise, curiosity, and patient-centered care. What You’ll Do Provide telephone triage, manage in-basket messaging, and deliver patient education. Assist with in-office procedures such as Botox and trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and skin biopsies. Conduct nurse-only visits, including MoCA memory assessments and pre-appointment education. Work within a pod-based care model, building strong relationships with providers and patients. What We’re Looking For Must-Have: Current RN license to practice in Wisconsin Current Infant–Adult BLS for Health Care Providers Flexibility and adaptability—every day is different Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Preferred: At least one year of nursing experience (med/surg or clinic preferred) Prior experience in neurology or related specialties Familiarity with Epic/MyChart and patient triage workflows Ready to make a difference in the lives of patients with complex neurological needs?
