■仕事内容 RX Japanが主催する展示会の「核」となる出展社を集めるポジションです。 また、単に出展社を集めるだけではなく、その企業が展示会で最大限の成果を出せるよう、 課題を聞き出し、最適な提案をするのが腕の見せどころです。 さらに、業界の未来を切り拓く新しい企画をゼロから立ち上げるチャンスもあります！ 「営業」＋「企画」、この2つを掛け合わせて、展示会を通じて日本の産業を盛り上げる、 そんなダイナミックな仕事です。 ■主な業務内容 ・展示会への出展を提案し、企業の課題に合わせたプランニングを行う ・出展企業の成果を最大化するためのサポート（ブース位置、集客施策など） ・新しい展示会や企画の立ち上げ（市場調査、コンセプト設計、営業戦略） ・チームと連携し、業界全体を盛り上げるプロジェクト推進 ■求める人物像 ・結果主義 ・新しいことに挑戦するのが好きな方 ・裁量をもって取り組みたい方 ・チームで成果を出すことにやりがいを感じる方 ・変化を楽しみ、スピード感ある環境で成長したい方 ・成長するために学び続けられる方 ■所属・組織 ・第3事業本部（半導体・医薬品・フードテック） ・チーム構成：展示会1回あたり約20名 ・担当展示会：年3～6回（繁忙期は補助展示会担当を含む場合あり） ・出張：月１回程度（中部/大阪/九州など全国） ■必須条件 ・営業経験 ・大卒以上（第2新卒歓迎） ・PC操作スキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、PDFの基本レベル） ■歓迎条件 ・新規営業の経験 ・企画をゼロから立ち上げた経験 ・マーケティングの知識や実務経験 ■勤務地 　〒104-0028 東京都中央区八重洲2-2-1 東京ミッドタウン八重洲 八重洲セントラルタワー11階
