You will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive service in our food and beverage areas, while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms.Key Responsibilities Include: Food & Beverage ServiceTaking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences. Menu Expertise and Recommendations Confidently recommending food and beverage optionsServing Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.Guest Room CleaningThoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated hours.Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and operational goals.Shift Details (subject to change):Rotating roster across Monday to SundayShifts starting between 8:00 am and 9.00amHourly Rates (excluding superannuation):Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hourSaturday: $38.78 per hourSunday: $45.24 per hour
