In addition to keeping up to date on best practice, you also get the opportunity to present your insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders.     Key responsibilities: Rotating through different departments will allow you the opportunity to gain experience of different functions and rapidly learn the organisation. These rotations are conducted in person and include immersive, face-to-face experiences where you will connect, learn, and perform tasks under the supervision of the Coaches.   In support of the in person work immersion, you are required to complete relevant training to support your development.  This training will be offered through online modules, in‑person meetings, and classroom sessions.
