Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Production Coordinator to support daily production operations and ensure accuracy in manufacturing orders and inventory processes. This role plays a critical part in keeping production running smoothly and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and planning teams. This position will also assist with the accuracy of raw materials, finished goods, and label inventories.Early shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM Ideal for individuals who prefer an early start and afternoon flexibility Weekend availability as neededEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManufacturing Orders & Production SupportReview and prepare daily manufacturing orders (MOs) for Production, Starch, BBQ, and Mustard departments across all shiftsSupport Production Supervisors with MO reconciliation and “needs” planningPartner with the Master Scheduler to ensure schedule accuracy and alignmentAttend daily meetings and provide updates on MO status and issuesInventory & ReconciliationEnsure accuracy of raw materials, finished goods, and label inventoryTroubleshoot and resolve inventory and reconciliation discrepanciesParticipate in monthly physical inventory processesAssist with tracking, organizing, and archiving manufacturing ordersCross-Functional CollaborationCommunicate issues impacting planning, operations, customer service, and inventorySupport the Logistics Manager with inventory and shipping-related challengesWork closely with production teams to identify and resolve operational issuesProcess Improvement & Operations SupportDevelop and improve processes for tracking and maintaining manufacturing ordersAdapt quickly to changes in production schedules and business demandsEngage directly on the production floor to support operations and gain real-time insights
