Job DescriptionProvide analysis and support Head of Farm in managing farm KPIs as below:           a. Breeder & Hatchery – Productivity (DOC per HH), PS Mortality, Hatchability, DOC CV, DOC Quality, PS Weight Management, Biosecurity, Overheads and Fixed Operating Expenses.           b. Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-cycle payments.Ensure adherence to farm internal controls (purchasing SOP, cash sales, live bird invoicing and credit notes, repair & maintenance controls, petty cash claims, etc.).Ensure operational data capturing is timely and accurate (cycle completion, invoicing, consumables/medication usage, etc.)Drive accountability in operational data accuracy to ensure financial reporting integrity.Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.
