Job DescriptionMain Accountabilities:Front Desk Services· Responsible in performing all front desk reception duties i.e attending to visitors and customers with professional reception skills, dealing with customer enquiries, ascertains their requests and directs them to the relevant department accordingly.PABX Telephone System· Responsible for handling the PABX System which includes operating the system, redirecting incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner and able to handle customer enquiries accurately. – Standard benchmark (minimum -3 ring to answer).Meeting Room Booking / Office Equipment· Responsible for assisting the AE in coordinating / processing the meeting room booking from various departments.· Feedback to the respective departments on confirmation details.· Maintaining a proper record of office equipment i.e LCD Projector / extension cords etc.· Ensure cleanliness of meeting rooms and reception area.Courier Services· Responsible for handling all courier services i.e outgoing / incoming courier as well as sorting, distribution, updatingverifying invoices for payment and preparing monthly reports.Hotel Room Booking· Responsible in coordinating the hotel room booking from various departments / branches (as per Panel Hotel listing), making the bookings arrangement, feedback to the respective departments / branches on confirmation details as well as maintaining all booking records.Air Ticket Booking· Responsible for coordinating the air ticket bookings from various departments / branches· Making the bookings arrangement / amendments / cancellations as well as maintaining all records.· Feedback to the respective departments / branches on confirmation details.Clerical Support· RAC will responsible in performing some clerical work i.e typing, photocopying and filling (letters, update phone directory etc.)
