Job DescriptionAssist Contract Manager/ Project Manager to prepare BOQ and tender document/ proposal/ preliminary cost estimation, pre & post contract administration.Assist to source for subcontractors/ suppliers. Produce and send enquiries to subcontractors inviting them to tender and engagement with procurement.Providing input in tender evaluation and negotiation strategy with contractor or suppliers.Attend tenders’ clarification/interview, analysis, and negotiation.Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure it is within the approved budget.
