Job DescriptionAs an Operational Insights Analyst- BetMGM you will be responsible for supporting daily reporting requirements for the Operation Teams, gaining deep business understanding, and providing insightful recommendations when developing reports and dashboards.Reporting to the Operational Insights Lead you will be part of the Support Services, who identify, automate, and validate the extraction of new metrics from a variety of Customer Operations data sources for analysis and reporting.What you will doAnalyze trends, conduct root cause analyses, and generate reports and dashboards using raw data to meet business objectives.Develop and maintain BI reporting tools and dashboards using leading BI applications such as Power BI, SQL clients, database administration tools (e.g., Snowflake, Excel) for data discovery and analytics.Support team and centralized reporting systems continuously, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and eliminate redundancy
