Job DescriptionResponsible for leading the development of Project and Program Management within Asia Logistics Operations, ensuring strategic alignment to drive effective and efficient delivery performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate among Global COE, Manufacturing, IT, and Senior Leadership to define end-user requirements, align project priorities, and deliver key milestones for new implementations and enhancements.Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as with key customers. Gather, analyze, and communicate end-user feedback to relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.4.
