求人内容＜採用ポジション＞　ファシリティエンジニア(BCP&CSR リード) ＜職務内容＞　HDDの研究開発拠点である藤沢事業所において、BCM/BCP及びCSR活動をリードしていただきます。　BCP委員会の開催、事業所内に周知・展開し、藤沢事業所各部門のBCP策定・改善をサポートファシリティ部門のBCP計画及び防災・減災をリードして、事業所インフラの強靭性を向上、被災時における事業の回復力強化を計画・実現事業所敷地建物の建築計画、社会インフラ、施設・設備を理解し、BCPの観点から評価、改善、施設保全、改修工事の計画管理開発研究製造部門で使う電気、空調、工場Utility等の各種を理解し、BCPの観点から適切なアドバイス（バックアップや冗長性、改善工事費の算出など）を行う。　事業所のCSR活動を担当し、各自治体、地域関係団体、NGO、代理店等との関係構築各自治体(神奈川県、藤沢市など)や関係機関（教育、保健所、工業団地、法人団体など）や地域社会との協業プログラムへの参画検討、事業所見学、小中高学校への出張授業の実施サポート/スポンサー契約の検討・締結社内関連部署との協業をリードしてCSRプログラムを通じた社会貢献活動の推進全社プログラムとして推進し、社内展開、参加メンバーの調整とサポートを行い、CSR活動への参画推進代理店等との情報交換や協業をはじめとした外部団体との交渉窓口を担当
