Job DescriptionResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Assist in the resolution of tenancy problems; respond to complaints; collect rent and rent arrears. 2. Interview residents; investigate, and verify information obtained. 3. Inform tenants of Housing Authority rules, regulations and requirements. 4. Perform income and employment verifications for the purpose of rent determination. 5.
