CAS provides clinical expertise, recommendations, and direction to HRA in the fields of health, mental health, substance abuse and vocational rehabilitation.Customized Assistance Services seeks to fill one (1) Computer Associate (Software) level III to function as a System Specialist who will:Under supervision, with independent research and initiatives, this role works on system-related tasks to collaborate with various teams to analyze and support computerized systems development life cycles and reporting subjects, as well as gather and refine business requirements to improve system functionality for a range of databases and case tracking applications. This role holds the assignments accountable to meet with project deadlines set by the project plan and supervisor.- Analyze and evaluate existing computerized systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Perform data analysis to support business decision-making, data-driven insights, and production issue troubleshooting.- Provide production support, addressing system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements.- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.- Collaborate with IT development teams, business units, and end-users to ensure the effective functioning of systems.- Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as required to support business needs.Salary Range: $88,997 - $102,347Work Location: 150 Greenwich Street 30th Floor New York, NY 10007Hours/Schedule: 9:00am-17:00pm (Flexible)COMPUTER ASSOC (SOFTWARE) - 13631
