Job DescriptionPMO Performance Technical Secretary:We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Performance Technical Secretary to join our SI Onshore PMO Data & Performance Team. This key role will support the team’s operational efficiency, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and reporting across multiple stakeholders and activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMailbox Management: Daily management of the Onshore Performance Reporting mailbox.Board Support: Serve as technical secretary for Regional Performance Boards, including:Coordinating calendar invites and tracking delegates.Managing distribution lists, stakeholder lists, and email communications.Capturing meeting actions and tracking action closure.Funnel Process Management:Capture new reporting requests from the mailbox.Log requests into the DevOps system.Notify the Data team and respond to requestors.Documentation Ownership:Own and update SOPs, RACI charts, team org structures, etc.Roadmap & Progress Monitoring:Frequently review the team’s roadmap and progress.Fortnightly team progress reporting.Event Coordination:Coordinate and run team offsites, agree agendas with stakeholders, create skeleton packs, chase inputs, and arrange team socials.Report Support:Support monthly PMU report production, including creating skeleton packs, chasing inputs, and reviewing slide formatting.
