Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and guaranteeing the quality and reliability of our systems and processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and enforce comprehensive quality assurance and control measures that drive organizational success and customer satisfaction.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures that align with organizational standards, industry regulations, and best practicesConduct regular quality audits, system reviews, and operational checks to ensure all activities conform to established specifications and quality benchmarksMonitor compliance against organizational guidelines and specifications, validating system performance, maintenance procedures, documentation, and reporting criteriaPerform testing and validation activities including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), System Integration Tests (SIT), and operational validation exercisesAnalyze performance metrics and identify trends that may impact system quality and reliability; recommend corrective actions and process improvements to meet key performance indicatorsPrepare detailed QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive action plans, test logs, and change control documentationEstablish risk assessment protocols and quality checkpoints in collaboration with operations, engineering, and system integration teamsInterpret technical drawings, specifications, and system documentation to ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecyclesCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders during quality escalations, incidents, or system reviewsProvide guidance and quality awareness training to operations and engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous improvementStay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and evolving quality management standards relevant to the organizationEnsure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance during all quality assurance and audit activities
