Job DescriptionThe Reporting Assistant will provide project-level support in the collection, validation, and analysis of construction and project controls data. The role is key in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, tracking RFIs, submittals, progress, and KPIs, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support project execution. The Reporting Assistant will work closely with the Reporting Manager, contractors, consultants, and site teams to maintain consistency and transparency of reporting across all stakeholders. Responsibilities:Collect, verify, and consolidate construction data from contractors, consultants, and site teams.Track and update project registers including RFIs, submittals, NCRs, and change orders.Ensure completeness and accuracy of all reporting inputs.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and dashboards.Use Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel to generate progress curves, KPI dashboards, and performance charts.Monitor and analyze project KPIs (schedule adherence, productivity, cost, etc.) and highlight variances.Support reporting automation and standardization initiatives.Assist in reviewing contractor’s look-ahead schedules and compare against baseline.Track project milestones, deliverables, and progress against planned schedules.Support reporting on critical issues, risks, and opportunities to project leadership.Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to collect real-time updates.Ensure alignment and consistency in reporting across client, consultant, and contractor teams.Assist in preparing executive summaries and client-facing presentations.
