Job DescriptionYour daily pitchAre you a critical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mindset? We’re looking for a Group Internal Audit & Risk Manager (m/f/x) to take ownership of internal audits and risk management activities across the business. In this role, you’ll ensure our internal controls are solid, our governance is strong, and our teams are set up for success.Your playing fieldYou’ll manage internal audit and risk management activities, ensuring everything runs in line with our methodology, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Your responsibilities include planning, organizing and conducting internal audits in accordance with internal audit standards and risk management activities.You’ll take part in our internal audit planning process and share insights with Directors and Senior Management based on your analysis and findings.You’ll deliver high-quality, commercially focused reports with clear recommendations and timelines for improvementYou build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including first-line and second-line assurance functions.You will be undertaking risk management workshops with business functions as necessary.You’ll maintain the Group’s business risk register and support risk owners in making the most of our risk management tools.
