As our License and Compliance Manager (m/f/x), you will be working closely with our Head of Digital Compliance Management and contribute to meeting our highest standards for Compliance Management. Your playing fieldYou are the main point of contact for licensing and compliance processes in Germany and manage the development and practical application of the regulatory execution framework.You work closely with the Head of Digital Compliance Management to support business processes with regulatory advise, ensuring that potential risks will be mitigated as quickly as possible.You align content and format of documentation and communication for internal and external use while being in close exchange with the respective licensing authority.You play a role in ensuring that we maintain, renew and acquire new gaming licenses.You act as a compliance ambassador, help raising awareness and promote internally the culture as a fully regulated operator.
