Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the Sopra Steria Poland team responsible for responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a cloud platform based on AWS. The role focuses on defining standards, creating architecture, automation, and supporting development teams (Software Factory) in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments. Within the Gdańsk-based team, you will act as a key expert developing globally significant solutions for our client’s products in the aviation industry. Responsibilities:​Prepare and configure standard software environments.Set up customer integrations and manage associated data.Follow up with customers on migration progress, including weekly status calls.Provide integration support for both new and existing customers.Review, track, and approve Service Requests submitted to the contractor for server upgrades or new server builds.Create and maintain Configuration Management documentation for all customers.Implement SSO integrations for products that support this capability.Forecast hosting capacity and resource needs.Before handing over to Hosting Operations: support customer troubleshooting and analysis, including participation in technical calls related to hosting and integrations.Maintain the delivery status page to track “not yet live” customers and support other teams in directing escalations appropriately.
