Job DescriptionWe are looking for an ERP Solution Architect to join the team to lead in overseeing the deployment, configuration, customisation, and ongoing maintenance of new capabilities within the ERP Finance and Operations ecosystem at Atlassian Williams Racing. The ERP Solution Architect will achieve this by utilising their significant understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, particularly Operations/Supply Chain and some level of downstream integration to systems such as MES. Experience around D365 Finance is also preferable. Working within our Enterprise Systems team, you will be responsible for aligning the organisation’s processes, transformation, and requirements with the capabilities of the ERP software; collaborating closely with stakeholders and project teams; and designing and implementing capabilities and architecture that meets the business's specific needs.  Main responsibilities will include: Business Understanding & Alignment Work closely with business stakeholders across the Finance and Operations functions to understand key business processes, programmes and transformation and map capabilities into D365 and other solutions within the platform estate Understand and help business leaders to articulate core ERP capabilities and maturity levels, and how these map into systems  Operate as a trusted advisor on ERP capabilities and tooling to business and IT stakeholders. Represent existing capabilities to key stakeholders through white papers, demos and presentations, to increase understanding of the platforms, promote more efficient utilisation of existing capabilities, and to find valuable opportunities for business transformation Assess and contribute to the business processes and functional requirements definitions that can drive value and improvementTechnical Leadership Act as a subject matter expert on the ERP platform, architecture and capabilities, and lead functional teams to help define solution configurationDefine and lead on proof of value (POV) activities that can quickly demonstrate innovative ideas or changes, and deliver confidence in their impact/valueAssist in leading the technical modernisation and digital transformation efforts as neededKeep up to date with the ERP and MES industry, the Microsoft ecosystem of tools, particularly around D365 and Power Platform, understand new software releases, updates, use cases. Share valuable and useful insight to stakeholders, peers and teammatesCollaborate with our managed service provider, as well as Microsoft and technology partners, and other key suppliers on product development; seek out early piloting opportunities to prove additional value and accelerate ahead of competition Coach and mentor junior members of the team in the ERP platform capabilities and toolset  Solution Design Define and propose a solution architecture that meets the needs expressed by customers while optimising the business processes in line with the possibilities offered in our ERP and MES tools Work with colleagues, solution architect peers and enterprise architecture to propose integrated solutions and ways of working across Enterprise Systems and Williams Racing as a wholeSolution Implementation Lead the configuration of the ERP capabilities, working in conjunction with technology partners, to meet departmental-specific needsSupport the functional teams in the tool's development and its implementation within the various projectsDeliver UATs and post Go-Live supportSolution Administration Ensure solution administration such as user access rights, configuration, scripting, coding, workflows, and reports, are delivered appropriately and in a timely manner.Troubleshoot and resolve significant issues that arise with the tools and architecture Seek root cause analysis and propose preventative actions and continuous improvementMaintain and update the software configurationStandards & Documentation Propose and document, or collect, and maintain Best Practices and champion their visibility and reuse Define solution standards and track their adherenceSeek out ‘workarounds’ and lead activities to eliminate alternative or off-system process through communication, training, relationship building, and escalationProvide support in the development and, at times, deployment of training for end-usersSolution Quality Control Ensure the adequacy between the proposed solution architecture, solution standards, and the contractual commitments with vendorsConduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrityRisk Management Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the reliability and stability of the ERP architecture Ensure security measures are in place to maintain business continuity in the event of unforeseen disruptions or security breaches. This involves establishing robust backup systems, disaster recovery protocols, and resilient infrastructure designs that can quickly restore operations and minimise downtime Prioritise security to protect Intellectual Property, Cybersecurity Threats, Regulatory compliance, Data Integrity, and Quality Skills and experience required: Previous, proven experience in a similar role.Previous, proven experience in D365 F&SCM with a preference to Operations/Supply Chain capabilities. Strong experience in Supply Chain management functions including planning, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.  Proficiency in Financial processes including procure to pay, record to report and inventory cost control.  Experience with integrations into and out from D365. Understanding of a design-driven discrete manufacturing operation and how ERP interacts with PLM.Hands on experience with MES and its integration with ERP.Experience with Power Platform and Dual Write connections to D365 F&SCM.Collaborative and curious approach to technical problem-solving.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey concept technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work with a wide range of groups and disciplines seamlessly.Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving requirements.
