Based at our Stockholm Head Office, this role focuses on our Equatorial markets, translating global vision into culturally nuanced, fashion-forward design with real commercial impact.As a Junior Designer within Regional Relevance, you will work closely with Senior Designers to build curated, market-specific collections that speak directly to the customer while remaining aligned with the overarching brand direction. You will contribute to defining a modern, relevant assortment that balances creativity with wearability across diverse regions.You will be immersed in a highly collaborative environment, working alongside a cross-functional team including Product Managers, Pattern Makers, Print Designers, Planners, Buyers, Product Developers, and Business Controllers.
