When you join, you become part of a company that values hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.As the Facilities Maintenance Technician 2, you will:Handle guest requests, routine maintenance, and special projects around the resort.Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and basic HVAC.Keep interiors looking great with wall, paint, tile, flooring, and carpet repairs.Maintain pools, spas, and water features including cleaning and chemical checks.Use resort systems (like HotSOS) to track work and stay organized.Support inventory needs to ensure tools and materials are ready to go.Communicate professionally with guests and team members.Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and ladders while following all safety standards.Help identify hazards and keep the property safe and well-maintained.Represent the resort with a positive attitude and professional appearance.Other responsibilities assigned by leadership.
