Job DescriptionAs a Virtual Sales Agent IC you will create revenue for the company by engaging Nonowners via 90-minute virtual tour (video conference) to create opportunity to sell timeshare week(s) to prospects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core company values: Integrity, Passion and Work Ethic.What You Will Do:Engage prospects who have stayed at a Westgate location resort (i.e. renters, exchangers, owner referrals who toured and did not buy or did not tour) and VOA members (Used & Expired) via video conference to present a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation.Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)Build and maintain strong relationships first time buyers.Track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications in CRM software.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain a minimum 90-day average net volume of $33,000.Follow up with First Time Buyers.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.Take a minimum of Two (2) virtual tours per day.
