If so, you could be our next Manager, Social Media. The Manager, Social Media will lead the development and execution of social media initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to account staff and external clients. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate the complexities of social media in a regulated environment like the pharmaceutical industry. Serve as social media counsel to account staff and clients in collaboration with the social team lead. Manage workload across multiple projects for self and junior staff, taking the lead on complex initiatives. Conduct social listening and influencer research, derive insights from data, and present findings to internal teams and clients. Display a deep understanding of the broader digital ecosystem and cross-collaborate with other subject matter experts. Educate peers and clients on social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Act as the primary subject matter expert and project owner for social media, helping clients achieve marketing objectives within the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.   All other duties as assigned
