Job DescriptionRole PurposeAs a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering Environmental Due Diligence consulting services to clients across our business. Senior consultants are responsible for leading more complex programmes of work and co-ordinating multiple projects for clients, demonstrating strong technical expertise in particular areas and providing mentoring support and management to more junior members of the TDD team.  You may lead a virtual team of consultants delivering high-quality work to clients and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will report to Dan Hudson, and in some cases may line manage consultants or next gen talent. In the role you will:Lead teams: Manage and motivate matrix teams of consultants to deliver high-quality projects, develop their skills, and achieve business growth targets.Deliver services: Deliver EDD consulting services to clients, including; portfolio and asset level work.Business development: Build relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth. Service delivery: Manage services to meet the agreed client outcomes and the commercial targets we have set for the work.
