Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business in the Nordics area we are currently recruiting for a Lead Scheduler to join our Data Centre team in the north of Finland.The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale construction projects as well as within one or more of the following : Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Chemical or similarly complex asset type.With a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.Responsibilities:Lead the on site scheduling team to review internal schedules, review contractor's schedules, analyse, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope change impacts or delay enabling early identification of risks Maintain and monitor master plan schedulePrepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project scheduleLead the development of the tender requirements and contractual requirements, including contractual KPl's in relation to schedule accuracy, achievement of key milestones and timely submission of programmes for the Core Contracts Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project Integrate various contract packages into master plan scheduleReview contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to clientPrepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and clientMonitor progress on key delivery milestones and report on compliance in line with the agreed Baseline ProgrammeInteract with contractor and verify the project data to update project scheduleDevelop mitigation plansAssess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim reportPut forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claimAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project scheduleWork out site logistic planning for projectPrepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work
