Planning & SchedulingDevelop detailed baseline schedules using MS Project, covering WBS creation, activity sequencing, duration estimation, and resource allocation.Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules, weekly updates, and monthly progress plans for all engineering packages.Integrate schedules for Civil, PEB, MEP, HVAC, Firefighting, Refrigeration, Utility & external development works.Monitor actual progress vs planned and highlight delays, slippages, and critical-path deviations.B.
