In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and evolving compensation programs by leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decision-making. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business teams to deliver analytics, streamline processes, and support year-end and ongoing compensation cycles. This is a highly dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on analytics with program management in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.Responsibilities:   Project management of company wide compensation programs Defining and documenting project plans, work flows.  Provide analytics support for compensation programs as needed Provide communications support for compensation programs Special projects involving data analytics Partnering with comp team to align on projects/global initiatives     Providing improvement insights using improvement methodologies and tools
