You will shape the way of Optimisation and establish a new digital consumer focus and culture within a team that is always looking to build upon a strong, data driven mindset- ensuring the continued growth for the brands of the group. You will be providing constant analysis and developing new strategies, tactics, and initiatives to optimise the user journey across Search, Merch & Personalisation.You will be integral in creating a relevant and data driven Search & Visual Merchandising strategy, adopting best in class strategies and developing forward thinking features that will help us drive the performance of each brand forward, in line with the Frasers Group aspirations.
