We’re the partner our client relies on to deliver seamless experiences, and we take pride in raising the bar every single day.About the role As our Conference Services & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind all meeting and event bookings. Working closely with the Conference Services Supervisor, you’ll take full ownership of the reservations process — ensuring every request is handled promptly, accurately, and in line with our booking guidelines. You’ll be the person who keeps the bigger picture in focus:Maximising space utilisationManaging requests with precision and paceBuilding strong relationships with onsite vendorsEnsuring every detail is communicated clearly and delivered flawlesslyThis is a role for someone who thrives in a fast paced, high expectation environment and loves being at the centre of creating exceptional experiences.If you bring a can do attitude, natural organisation skills, and a passion for service that shines, we’d love to hear from you.Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.5 hours a day shifts between 08.00 - 18.30, Monday to Friday Salary: £35,838 per annum
