To make sure any discrepancies are reported to the Operations ManagerCreate and keep organized files of documentation relating to the receipt/return of goods and equipment as well as record the dispense/returns of alcohol and other beverages within the buildingCarry out any other administration work required with regard to monthly stock takes as directed by your Line ManagerTo maintain all storage areas organized and clean at all timesTo comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, license requirements, and any Local Authority or Client stipulations. To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety PolicyTo ensure all areas are regularly checked for maintenance and repairs and that any problem is reported to a member of the management teamAny other reasonable request by management
