This role involves supervising staff, managing event logistics, ensuring high-quality customer service at scale, and liaising with stakeholders for events ranging from local matches to international competitions and corporate or social gatherings.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Oversee daily operations, preventative maintenance (PPM), and uphold cleaning standards.Event Coordination: Plan and deliver events, including pre-event preparation, and post-event evaluation.Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, manage risk assessments.Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and roster staff.Customer Experience & Sales: Handle enquiries and complaints and actively promote facility services.Financial Duties: Reconcile cash and assist with budget management.
